Pick the photos, open a page on the venue’s screen, type a PIN, and the event plays back on a live photo display. Add photos while it runs and they join the show. Guests can scan a QR code on the wall to find their own photos.
In the event’s Live wall tab, add photos from the gallery: single photos, a folder, a person or an album. Up to 200 photos can be on the wall at once. Photos you take off the wall stay in the gallery.
On the venue’s TV or any screen with a browser, open the /tv page on the app address and type the 8-character PIN shown in the Live wall tab. The screen needs no account and no app, and the same PIN works on as many screens as you like.
The wall starts at once, full screen. Photos you add while it plays join the show within about 15 seconds, so the screen keeps up with the event without anyone touching the TV.
One photo at a time, a 2×2 grid, a 3×3 grid or a mosaic with a larger hero tile.
Fill the screen, or show the whole photo without cropping.
Choose how long each photo stays, and whether photos fade, slide or simply swap.
Your own order, newest first, or a shuffle that stays stable when photos are added mid-event.
Dark, light or your brand colour.
Your logo, the event name, a QR code to the gallery, a clock and the photo name. Each is switched on or off separately.
Every setting saves as you change it, and the Live wall tab previews the result before you take it to the venue. The wall asks the browser to keep the screen awake, can go full screen, and respects reduced-motion settings.
Anyone with the PIN can open the wall, so share it with the people running the venue screens rather than posting it. Generating a new PIN signs every screen out.
A photo wall shows everyone the highlights. It does not hand anyone their own pictures. Turn on the QR overlay and the wall points guests to the event gallery, where a selfie returns only the photos they appear in. No app and no account.
Both come from the same event, so the photos you upload once serve the wall, the gallery and the printable poster. See how QR code photo sharing works.
The wall works the same everywhere; the screen you put it on and the photos you pick change.
A reception screen that rolls the ceremony and cocktail-hour photos while guests are still in the room.
A lobby or town-hall screen showing the day as it happens, with the company logo on top.
Lobby and networking-area screens between sessions, with a QR to the attendee gallery.
A slow, full-screen slideshow of arrivals and award moments, with the gallery QR in the corner.
A venue screen that shows the night’s photos while the crowd is still there to see them.
A living-room TV looping party photos, plus a link for guests to take them home.
A QR sign is the easiest way to get wedding guests to the gallery. Whether they find their photos once they are there depends on what the code opens.
Plan how attendees find their photos, how speakers receive their sets and how the event team manages coverage across rooms and days.
Collecting guests' photos is the easy half. The hard half is getting each person the photos they are in, from everyone else's phones. One link can do both.
A screen at an event that plays the event’s photos as a slideshow while the event is still happening. With FotoMe AI the wall is a web page you open on any TV or monitor, fed by photos you choose from the event gallery.
No. Any screen with a modern web browser works. You open the TV page, type the 8-character PIN shown in the Live wall tab, and the wall starts. Nothing is installed and the TV does not sign in to an account.
The wall checks for changes every 15 seconds, so a photo you add appears within about that time once it has finished processing. It is a live slideshow, not an instant feed.
Yes, if you switch on guest uploads for the event and auto-add to the wall. By default guest photos are held for your approval and do not appear until you approve them. Auto-added photos join the end of the rotation.
Yes. The same PIN works on any number of screens. If you generate a new PIN, every connected screen drops back to the PIN screen within one refresh and needs the new one.
Up to 200 photos at a time. Photos taken off the wall do not count towards the limit, and they stay in the gallery.
No. The live wall is included on the paid plans, not on the free plan. See the pricing page for the current plans and what each includes.
Yes. Turn on the QR overlay and the wall shows a code for the event’s gallery. Guests scan it, take a selfie and see only the photos they appear in, with no app or account.
