Terms of Service.

FotoMe AI lets photographers upload event photos, share gallery links, and lets guests find themselves in those photos using face recognition.

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One person per account. Don't share login credentials.
• Email verification is required before you can use the service.

Photographers: you must have the right to upload every photo you publish — including any model releases or guest consent required by local law. You retain ownership of your photos. You grant us a limited licence to host, process (including running face detection), and deliver them through the service.

Guests: by uploading a selfie you confirm it is a photo of yourself and that you consent to face recognition being performed on it. See the Privacy Policy for details on what we do with selfies and face embeddings.

• Don't upload content that is illegal, infringes a third party's rights, or violates anyone's privacy.
• Don't upload a selfie of someone else without their permission.
• Don't attempt to scrape galleries you have no access to or bypass private-gallery PIN protection.
• Don't use the service to attempt to identify strangers — face matching is scoped to one event at a time and tied to the photos a photographer chose to upload.

Photographers pay per event. Each organization gets one free event; additional events require a paid plan. Pricing and limits are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.

Face matching is probabilistic — results may include false matches or miss some photos. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond what local consumer law requires.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FotoMe AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
